Robin Ficke is currently the Senior Vice President of Research at Intersect Illinois. Previously, she led research at World Business Chicago, where she founded the Research Center. She has helped lead research for the City of Chicago’s COVID Recovery Task Force and more recently, the Greater Chicagoland Economic Partnership.
Prior to her work at World Business Chicago, Robin worked within Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s administration, leading policy and projects to address the needs of the city’s most vulnerable residents. Robin developed her policy expertise as a Presidential Management Fellow with the federal government, where she led a team working on regulatory and legislative reform.
Robin is a graduate from UIC Law School, and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas. She lives in the South Loop with her life partner and son, and two senior dogs.
