Reyes Beverage Group

Reyes Beverage Group wants to expand its local warehouse through the addition of more parking and an expansion of both of its loading docks and shipping and receiving areas under a proposal being considered by the city’s Community Development Commission.

The proposal calls for an additional 81,000 square feet for the 290,000-square-foot warehouse. The property, located at 441 N. Kilbourn Ave., is the base of operations for Reyes-owned Chicago Beverage Systems LLC.
