David Andalcio is the Founder and CEO of Wynndalco Enterprises, LLC, an MBE/DBE/SBE/BEP-certified company with a global workforce. He is a highly accomplished business leader and technology expert with decades of experience driving strategic growth and innovation within the IT sector. David’s expertise lies in anticipating and adapting to shifts in the technological landscape, ensuring that Wynndalco remains a dynamic force in the industry. He played a pivotal role in developing Wynndalco’s Technology Inventory Management Software (TIMS), an advanced platform for comprehensive asset management.

David is a recognized leader in the business community and actively serves on several boards, including the Choose DuPage board, where he champions economic development initiatives. He is the Chairman of the Latino Leadership Council and a member of Chicago United, the Illinois Latino Legislative Caucus Board, and the International Bridge, Tunnel & Turnpike Association (IBTTA). His commitment to strengthening minority business participation is evident through his involvement with organizations like the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and his recognition in publications such as Hispanic Business and Minority Entrepreneur.

Throughout his career, David has consistently demonstrated his ability to navigate complex projects, secure funding, and implement transformative solutions across public and private sectors. His leadership and dedication have earned him numerous accolades, including the Latino Entrepreneur of the Year, the Latino Leaders Maestro Innovation Award, and the Chicago United Business Leaders of Color recognition. He was also honored with the Community Champions Award by Hispanic Business of Chicago and named Hispanic Business Person of the Year by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC).

David holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Cumbria London and Robert Kennedy College in Zurich, Switzerland. He furthered his education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Advanced Management Program), Stanford University (Graduate Executive Program), Notre Dame (Corporate Governance Program), and the University of Illinois (Entrepreneurial Studies Program). He is also an active member of the Robert Kennedy College Student Ambassador Program.
