Joe Kyle

Joe Kyle is a seasoned leader in the technology sector, bringing over 40 years of expertise in IT services, operations, and strategic business development across both public and private sectors. In June 2025, he was appointed President of Wynndalco Enterprises, a certified MBE/DBE/SBE/BEP IT Managed Services firm in the Greater Chicago Area,, where he oversees company operations, drives strategic innovation, and leads the organization’s expansion in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions nationwide.

Prior to joining Wynndalco, Mr. Kyle served as Vice President of Strategy for NTT DATA Services’ Public Sector division, a $1 billion business unit of the global IT services leader. In this role, he played a pivotal part in expanding the company’s government technology services footprint. His contributions have been widely recognized. In 2023-2024, he was inducted into Who’s Who in America, highlighting his leadership in driving innovation and fostering strategic partnerships within the public sector.

Mr. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University and lives in Saint Charles, Illinois with his wife of more than 30 years, Lisa.
