All-Rite Spring Co.

Automotive supplier All-Rite Spring Co. has purchased a Chicago-area logistic building to support its growth and to consolidate warehouse space. The shipping and receiving department will move from a 16,000-square-foot warehouse in Johnsburg to a new 102,000-square-foot facility at 3106 N. Route 12 in Spring Grove that it acquired from TICO Inc. for $3.5 million.
