Global consultancy BearingPoint now calls a new, expanded space in Chicago’s Merchandise Mart home, relocating and expanding to a full floor comprising 12,000 square feet.

The Mart, the world’s largest commercial building and design center, is in the midst of a $60 million renovation, which includes a new 27,000-square-foot amenity space and conference center, a second 23,500-square-foot-gym and a lounge. The renovation is expected to be completed in late 2023.

BearingPoint had been located in a 3,200-square-foot space at 300 N. LaSalle.
